Now that you're thinking of joining a run but still feel a bit unsure - read our Frequently Asked Questions to fully commit!

  • How fit do I need to be in order to join, and are there shorter routes available for beginners? 

  • We have an easy group and a faster group, with the faster group running longer. If you can run a road 5km in 30 minutes, you'll be OK for the easy group.  The distances range from 5km to around 10km.

  • Where and when do the Trail Tuesdays events take place? 

  • We run trail every Tuesday evening at 17:30 from different locations. The weekly events are posted on Facebook and Strava. 

  • Can I just show up? Is there a cost?

  • Yes, all you have to do is show up. There is no cost, and we have Coca-Cola, Devil's Peak Beer and water available post run.

  • Are you hosting hikes at the moment? 

  • Currently we are only hosting trail runs. If you can do a road 5km in 30 minutes, you will manage the easy-going group run.
