Trail Tuesday - Fernkloof
It is back to Fernkloof Nature Reserve whilst we can still run in the park! As always we start and finish at the main (lower) parking area in Fernkloof.
Three routes available. If running the long route, please make sure you know the way and can maintain the pace. Medium and short crews will wait more often for all the runners to catch up.
Long: 8km with 350m vertical
Mid: 6km with 250m vertical
Short: 4km with 100m vertical
Trail Tuesday - Valley
We all start from the Hermanus Parkrun area. Fast route for the longs, easy for the shorts.
Long Route: 8km, 140m.
Short Route: 5.5km, 50m.
Time: 17:30
